Kamerax Official takes pride in making sure all items are checked before mailing. In unlikely situations whereby a defect is found or incorrect sizes were sent, we will accept an exchange within 7 days from receiving the item(s).

Courier expenses will be at your own cost unless exceptional cases are due to our responsibilities.

All exchanges & returns will be done on a case-by-case basis.

We suggest checking each production measurements in advance, to make sure that sizing is suitable, before making the purchase.

Kamerax Official understands the importance of receiving satisfied purchases. If the product has defects, kindly email with photos attached for exchange.

The exchange will be rejected if you fail to email us before mailing items back.

All exchange items must be in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging within 7 days from the date of shipment. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase or provided us your invoice number.

Items that do not fulfill their criteria will be duly rejected, and the customer will have to bear the mailing back charges. We also reserve the right to refuse returns deemed inappropriate.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of shipment if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item(s) so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Kamerax Official strictly does not accept exchanges or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Incorrect purchased colour
  • Defects that do not affect the overall look or functionality of the item
  • Defects that might have been caused after washing or handling by the customer
  • Slight variation in item due to inevitable discrepancies arising from individual computer resolutions or the lighting from the photo of displayed items
  • All on sales items are strictly non-exchangeable or used of promo codes

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders that have been placed are not eligible for cancellation requests.

However, for the request of orders changes, you can contact us at to make any changes to your order within 24 hours. We are able to change your order if it still currently processing. Unfortunately, Kamerax Official cannot make any changes for orders that have already shipped.

Please be certain of your pre-order as we do not accept cancellation on pre-orders that are placed.
